over 30 years

of experience as an organizational consultant and executive coach, John understands what it takes to be a successful leader in the business world.  Above all he’s observed that leaders must be authentic and adaptable, seeing situations clearly and choosing wise, well-intentioned courses of action.  Executive coaching is an opportunity to reflect on past experiences and anticipate future challenges.
